- After 2-3minutes, when they become golden brown in colour, add 1 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste in it & cook them for 1 minute..
- After 1 minute, add some water in it to make onions into a paste..
- Then add Masala mixture in it & start mashing or mixing them properly with onions..
- Now add 1 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder in it & cook them for 1-2 minutes..
- After 1-2 minutes, add some water in it & set the gravy according to your consistency..
- Now add finely chopped dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly..
- Now take a small tawa, add 10-20gms Butter in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder & 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala & mix them properly & keep the gas on low flame..
